Panduan Pelaksanaan Ibadah Ramadan

Ramadan tahun ini sama seperti Ramadan tahun sebelumnya:  berlangsung dalam suasana pagebluk. Karena itu, sejumlah batasan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ibadah selama bulan puasa pun masih diberlakukan. Juga sebagaimana tahun lalu, tahun ini Kementerian Agama mengeluarkan panduan ibadah Ramadan dan Idul Fitri. Tujuannya tak lain untuk menekan potensi penularan virus.    

Berikut ini adalah sejumlah panduan yang penting untuk diperhatikan dan diikuti terkait pelaksanaan ibadah Ramadan dan idul Fitri 1442 H. di tengah pandemi Covid-19, sebagaimana tertuang dalam Surat Edaran Menteri Agama No. 4 Tahn 2021:

1. Sahur dan buka

Sahur dan buka puasa dianjurkan dilakukan di rumah masing-masing bersama keluarga inti.

Hal ini tentu dimaksudkan agar tidak terjadi mobilitas dan pertemuan antar masyarakat saat menjalani sahuron the road atau buka bersama, misalnya, yang bisa menimbulkan potensi penularan virus.

Jika tetap diadakan kegiatan buka bersama, maka harus menaati aturan pembatasan maksimal 50 persen dari kuota ruangan yang digunakan dan menghindari kerumunan.

2. Ibadah di masjid

Masjid atau mushala diperbolehkan membuka pintu untuk pelaksanaan berbagai jenis ibadah, mulai dari salat wajib, salat tarawih dan witir, tadarus Al Quran, hingga kegiatan Itikaf.

Namun dengan catatan, maksimal dihadiri oleh 50 persen kuota ruangan masjid atau mushala.

Selain itu, semua harus tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan ketat, menjaga jarak aman, menggunakan masker, dan membawa peralatan ibadah masing-masing dari rumah.

Ini untuk menghindari penularan virus melalui penggunaan barang bersama atau secara bergantian.

Bagi wilayah yang masih berada di zona merah (risiko penularan tinggi) atau oranye (risiko penularan sedang) berdasarkan ketetapan pemerintah daerah setempat, maka tidak diperbolehkan menyelenggarakan kegiatan-kegiatan ibadah di atas.

3. Ceramah

Kegiatan sejenis ceramah mulai dari pengajian, kultum, tausiyah, atau kuliah subuh boleh dilaksanakan.

Akan tetapi, pelaksanaannya dibatasi maksimal 15 menit.

4. Peringatan Nuzulul Quran

Sama dengan pelaksanaan ibadah yang lain, peringatan hari turunnya Kitab Suci Al Quran ini boleh diselenggarakan pada Ramadan kali ini, dengan catatan pembatasan kehadiran peserta di lokasi.

Dari total kapasitas yang ada, hanya 50 persen yang bisa diisi. Jika hadirin melebihi jumlah itu, dikhawatirkan risiko penularan tak dapat ditekan. Selain pembatasan kapasitas, peserta dan panitia acara juga harus menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan ketat. Sama dengan poin kedua, peringatan Nuzulul Quran juga tidak diperbolehkan untuk digelar di masjid/mushala yang ada di daerah zona merah/oranye.

5. Zakat fitrah

Kegiatan pengumpulan dan penyaluran zakat fitrah bisa tetap dilakukan oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) dan Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan ketat dan menghindarkan kerumunan.

6. Salat Idul Fitri

Salat Idul Fitri 1442 H boleh dilaksanakan di masjid maupun ruangan terbuka dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan ketat sesuai dengan imbauan yang dikeluarkan pemda setempat.

Berbeda dengan pelaksanaan ibadah Ramadan, pelaksanaan salat Idul Fitri ini tidak diatur harus ada batasan tertentu. Tidak pula disebutkan apakah hanya bisa dilaksanakan di daerah zona kuning (risiko penyebaran rendah) atau zona hijau (tidak ada kasus baru/tidak terdampak) saja. Dengan begitu, semua daerah bisa tetap menggelarnya tentu dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat.

7. Vaksinasi

Terakhir adalah terkait dengan kegiatan vaksinasi Covid-19. Pemerintah memperbolehkan vaksinasi untuk dilakukan selama Ramadan 1442H. Ini mengacu pada Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia No 14 Tahun 2021 tentang Hukum Vaksinasi Covid-19 saat Berpuasa dan hasil ketetapan fatwa ormas Islam yang lainnya.
